Great Binder
This is great for the money I ordered it and it is a little big but, it works great. May very well and the Velcro is very good. You just have to pull it real tight when it’s a little big someone else has to really do it for you.

Great for what it is
Got this for my hubby after he injured his oblique muscle. It provides nice support just like a bandage would. It’s comfortable for him to wear over his tshirt all day. Don’t expect it to be as strong as a support belt, it’s nothing like that. At first he said it feels like it’s not doing anything at all but then realized that he likes how it feels. He’s used it with a support belt for lower back over it without any issues. He actually preferred to have both on. This one to compress a bit and the other to hold up his stomach. Oh, and the sizing was perfect.

Good, but not great
I got this (and a couple of other) abdominal binders to help support my very lasrge incisional hernia until surgery could be scheduled. It does that job well, providing support without being overly binding/restrictive, and is the most comfortable of the options I've tried. Since it is a single-step (ie - putting it on and adjusting the pressure are the same step), it can be a bit difficult to put on and get the pressure right all while keeping the end aligned - I imagine that someone recovering from surgery would not be able to do it by themselves. But outside of that, it is quite comfortable and functional. However, the durability is a bit lacking - after 3 months of daily use, it's basically ready for the trash. When new the velcro holds extremely well, but after repeated use with the velcro fastening at the same place, the 'loop' side of the hook & loop frays/fuzzes up, and eventually it gets so bad that the hooks don't grab firmly any more. And the stitching in between the strips of elastic banding has developed several holes that are getting bigger by the day.So, for a short-term (and if you have help to put it on if you have any strength or mobility challenges), it's a decent solution. But for a longer term, I'd consider other options

Don't bother
The description doesn't tell you ANYWHERE what this is exactly made of, which is particularly weird for something so itchy. The elastic also wore out very quickly despite not being stretched much.
