Why is this $200 more than on Anova's website?

I really don’t know why. At the time of my purchase, it was the only one available on Amazon’s website. But, I definitely would’ve taken advantage of $200-$300 saving if I’d known. Hope this helps.

How much clearance do I need on the left side and back?

In various places, Anova recommends 2-4 inches on all sides, most commonly 4 inches (except obviously the bottom, which sits on several very short legs). However, there have been a couple of reports of cracked countertops under the Anova, so a very rare occurrence. I see that the oven doesn't turn off automatically when the timer runs out. Will it turn off using Alexa at that point? Automatically? Or by voice?
