Five year olds at cowboy/cowgirl birthday party loved it in tin-can shoot
We used these cows as the shooter part of the 'shoot down tin cans' activity at a cowboy/cowgirl birthday party for a five-year old. We used big targets like instant breakfast cans and milk jugs with paper labels for "beans" and "fire water" on them. Every kid, including the two-year old and twelve-year old siblings, could figure out a way to play so they could have fun: some stood directly in front of the target and just threw the cow, some stood farther back and worked on artistic trajectory. Whatever method launched it, the cow made a great mooing sound. Why did I write 'educational'? There is a bit of cause and effect to learn about putting your fingers properly in the hoof pockets, and holding your front fingers pointed straight at your target. Some kids worked harder than others to get it, and when they did 'get it', they were really proud - and really accurate. So they stepped back farther to keep a challenge. Great game, engaged the kids for a long time, took only a few grownups to keep going (leaving the rest of the grownups could enjoy the saloon in peace). Do not pull back on just the tail or you will create sadness and failure - pull back holding both rear legs. Not one of the ten cows failed us during the party, and the kids were ecstatic that they could take the cows home as favors too. I was hesitant at first since the company doesn't consolidate shipping costs on multiple items, but the overall price for a favor+activity that is so great is still under $5 each. Because I've accidentally become a connoisseur of flingshot animals, I'll say that the superfly monkey does a much better job of actually flying (monkeys have greater length, hence stretch, than cows...just nature I suppose) and the screaming monkey sound is hysterical. But for this party, the cows (and their 'moos') were in theme and, well, a great big ... 'hit'.

Cute Cow
At first it's a little hard to figure out exactly what to do with this cow. It was packaged with no instructions. Once I figured out how to make the cow a sling shot, it has been a lot of fun to sling the cow around the house. It has a loud "Moo!" when you pull and let the cow go flying! So don't play with this toy if a child is sleeping near by; it seems loud enough to wake up a child. This toy is really fun, my son really enjoyed it.

These are a riot to sling around and a lot of fun
These are a riot to sling around and a lot of fun. They are not very expensive and some of them fail to work after just a few uses. This is a shame, but easier to deal with due to the price. They make noises when you shoot them. In this case they moo. Kids are entertained, and dogs are highly entertained. They will not last long in the mouth of any "highly entertained" dog though. We used them in a Monty Python themed event to simulate the catapulted cows from a certain movie. If your a python fan you know what I am talking about. Crazy Fun

Flying Cow
I bought this Moo Cow for my Minature Pincher and she loves, loves, loves it. It is her favorite toy and she has tons of toys, but this one is her favorite. She plays with it for hours. Now she shakes all her toys like crazy to try and make them Moo too. When ever I'm on the phone she has to have this one Mooing in the back ground and who ever I'm talking to has a good laugh over it. I bought it for her when she was about 8 weeks old, she's 6 months old now and takes this with her from room to room through out the house, she is never with out it. I am actually buying her 2 more for back up's just incase this one stops Mooing. It has really held up considering the beating it gets. If I ask my dog where "Moo Cow" is she runs and gets it. I have had as much fun with watching her play with it as she has playing with it and making the Cow Moo. It has truly been great fun for her and everyone who see's her with it or hears it over the phone. If it can hold up to a 6 month old Minpin playing with it, it can hold up to anything! It has been an ideal toy for her.If she takes it out to the back yard I tell her to bring Moo Cow back in the house and she does. It's not allowed outside because I don't want her to lose her fsvorite toy. It has been a lot of fun and gives her good a of exercise work out too running and shaking it to mske it moo. I recommend it for pets actually, it's a fun toy for mine.

Not meant for dogs!
My mini schnauzer ripped the eyes off and pulled the hand off in 10 minutes, not a good dog toy!

Delicate Stitching
Very cute toy and good to get some giggles from the kids. Our flying cow ripped (at the seam where the cow hands connect to the rubber line) after 5 uses (or flings across the room). We restitched the ripped seam and reinforced the other. The toy is still going strong. The rip happened from regular use so I recommend keeping an eye out when in use.

Puppy went nuts!!
He loved this toy. Rubber band broke shortly after receiving it but I just flung him with one arm. Still a hit.
