Poor packaging becoming standard
Product is great but putting a plastic container in a box with an air pillow does NOT provide enough protection from damage.So tired if return cracked and broken items.

A friend recommend this for me after I was complaining about back pain, it provided such great relief from the back pain that I highly recommend this product for anyone with pain that requires relief. The smell initially maybe a little off putting, but it doesn’t last and this product is not oily or stains your clothing so I think that you’ll appreciate this product.
