If your natural (or adopted) hair color is towards the lighter spectrum this product looks lovely.I get a LOT of compliments, and at my age (over 60) it's pretty sweet to get a compliment on my hair LOL.My hair is naturally gray but I color with blonde (like 8A). I use a comb to part my hair just below the crown, in a circle, and secure the top knot with a scrunchy. Then I use Colorista on the bottom portion and my blond on the top portion (in two procedures, not at the same time). I don't put on wet hair, and I do leave it in for about 30 minutes. You can see the result in my picture.I only wash my hair twice a week and it stays vibrant for at least 3 weeks. It stays visible for much longer, maybe 5 weeks. I don't know because when it starts to fade I do it again. Love this product. Love the compliments.

I preach my hair for this and it was still difficult to have it dyed on my hair

Used to be a great product
I used to use this brand a few years ago and it worked great — my kid wanted to color her hair and I figured I had success with this before so why not?She has blonde hair and even though we followed instructions, you can barely see the color at all. What happened to the product?? I bought 4 colors and not a single one is vibrant like it used to be. She has never had hair color before and her hair is in great shape. But a color like teal should definitely show up on blonde hair but you can barely tell it’s there. Very disappointed.

My Favorite Hair Color Brand
I am such a huge fan of this brand. You can literally wash it all out of your hair, if you wash your hair enough times. Which is a plus for me as I don't always want color in it. It's super easy to use.

Might not wash out?
The color won't wash out. Probably because I dye my hair, but the other colors washes out just like the product described. It's been 4 weeks now.

It’s safe for my hair and it washes/fades in a couple weeks
I’m 64 years young after my hair turned white I felt old,now I put awesome colors from Colorista it looks great,I usually mix with clear so it isn’t too bright.My grand kids think I’m the cool nana. I do rainbow and ombré I love the color choices.
