I have a big belly and I absolutely hate it and I have tried fat diet. I have tried walk diet chair, yoga I have tried so many different things to help me with my stomach and I’ll start it really well but after a couple weeks, I just am not interested. I bought this a week ago and I have used it every single day. I love love love this product. I have lost an inch in my waist. I’m not kidding you I get on it in the morning and I work out for five minutes. I set a timer. I put some music on and I jam out on that little Spinner. It’s absolutely amazing they’re different. You can do. You can do it in a crouch position. You can do it straight up you can change your arms how you want them straight out in a running punching boxing position and I’m filling it everywhere and I just love it and I think that if you try it, you’ll love it too

5-18-25 Got this yesterday and tried it today. I definitely broke a little sweat and had my heart rate go up after 20 minutes. I could definitely feel a burn in my thighs, abdominal and back. The disc felt sturdy and was able to hold my weight with no problem. I have 170 lbs for reference. I got the 14 inch disc. The board was easy go use and no assembly required. It cane with a small mat to put under it to avoid slipping. As if right now it is definitely worth the price. Will update after a few weeks if workouts.

It’s a good work out. I don’t know if it works yet. Will update if I see results.

Easiest exercise equipment I’ve ever used. I love it. My mom use to have one back in the day but this one is updated. 🫶

I cannot believe how much fun I am having with this. Love it for my mini, get up from your desk and get the blood flowing kind of 5 min break. I wish I would have known about this a year or so prior, definitely worth the $$.

Deliberately bought the XL disc because it said it had a weight limit of 250. When my XL disc arrived, the box clearly states a limit of 220 lbs. I weigh more than that, so I'm annoyed. That said, I'm going to keep it and hope it doesn't break. It seems to twist quite nicely and I didn't have an issue getting the hang of the motion. I would have rated higher if the stated weight was right, or if the seller had given me something more than lip service when I complained (they didn't even fix the listing).

This is a portable unit and lightweight. Definitely fun to use.
