This chair is PERFECT for my classroom! I was very hesitant to purchase based on some of the reviews but decided to give it a chance. I am more than happy with it. It is extra soft and roomy? No, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted a somewhat firm chair to sit in when I read aloud to my students...that was NOT a rocker, NOT on wheels and didn't require a pillow behind my back so I could sit up straight as I read. Yes, it is on the smaller side, but it's still perfect for this 5'8 teacher. If you are looking for a cute chair for your classroom, this is the chair! It seems like it is made very well and the only assembly was screwing the legs on...super easy! I look forward to using this in my classroom in August.

These chairs are perfect for a small space. The color is very true to what is pictured. They are pretty small and are not super comfortable, if they’re being used for a sitting space that is used often.

I would have given this chair 5 stars but as you can see from the picture it’s on the small side. Easy to assemble firm great color. Just a little smaller than I thought.

These chairs are so cute! Great price, and perfect for my daughter‘s new loft space. The color is such a pretty warm white! Definitely a great purchase. If you are on the fence, just buy them! All I had to do was attached the feet. Literally took one minute.

DO NOT ORDER THIS CHAIR!!! We ordered these to use as living room chairs. Something comfortable that we could sit in and watch tv. They are extremely uncomfortable!!! The seat cushion is hard as a brick and the backs are not high enough to be comfortable. We have checked out chairs like this at local furniture stores and like the barrel style. I have to say, we should have read more reviews on this particular chair before ordering but the reviews were mixed so thought we’d take a chance. HUGE MISTAKE! We received the chairs, took the first one out of the box and knew instantly they weren’t right for our use. We immediately requested a return which was answered with an email from the chair manufacturer within 48 hours. They said the return had been approved, HOWEVER, we would have to pay return postage. If that wasn’t bad enough, they said they’d give us a $5.00 credit and we could keep the chairs and sell them or give them to someone as a gift. I immediately got in touch with Amazon Customer Service and after hearing what the Yateech company had given us as return options, they submitted my concerns to their A-Z return committee. They got back to me in a couple of hours and said my return request had been turned down as far as having a full refund with return postage paid. They said the manufacturer had said they would give us a full refund once they received the chairs but we would be paying the return postage from SC to IL. We were not happy but decided to repack the chairs and headed to UPS to ship them back. After finding out the return shipping would be THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS we returned home with them and are now selling them. We are so furious! Partly with ourselves for ordering these stupid chairs in the first place but more so with Amazon for not standing behind their crappy products! Lesson learned. We’ll be supporting our local businesses and buying our chairs locally which we should have gone from the get go but thought with the COVID situation we’d do the safe thing and shop from home. We used to really like the service and products Amazon provided but since they’ve become so huge things are starting to go by the wayside. Such a shame. If I could give this review a ZERO I certainly would have.

SPARKNOTES REVIEW:Chair is really short - wall outlet height. Looks like a child’s chair. Other than that, moderately comfortable. Color is nice. Texture is ok.DETAILED REVIEW:The chair itself is nice, not super fancy or anything but for the price point, I wouldn’t expect it to be. However, the review photos didn’t really convey how small this chair is. I was under the impression it was narrow and not short when people said the chair is small. It is slightly more narrow than an average chair, but that is what I wanted for the space and was one of the reasons I purchased this chair. However, when it arrived, this chair is so short it’s unbelievable. I did decide to leave the legs off the chair since it was so short so I just decided to turn it into a kids chair for my child’s nursery. The legs wouldn’t add much in height even if I had installed them. In the photos, you can see how short the chair is. It is at outlet level on the wall and i had my dog stand next to it for scale. He is an average sized Australian shepherd dog. Overall, I would not buy this chair again as I was looking for a full sized chair. It will be ok for my child’s room as she gets older as a “kids chair” though, I probably wouldn’t have spent $100 on just a kids chair.
