This was recommended to me by the top small animal veterinary nutrition specialist in Canada, for my tiny dog. She told me most supplements on Amazon are garbage but this one is very good quality. I mix it in his food and he had no reaction to it when I started him on it, he's extremely sensitive and usually reacts with diarrhea etc...but not with this product.

I give these to my husky, and she eats them no problem. She will ask for it if I forget, she loves them! The very first one she was hesitant with, but as soon as she bitit, she was hooked.I think it helps her coat stay shiny an dmay be helping her allergies a little.The capsules don't smell fishy to touch, which is nice. I recommend this brand, I feel they have a high quality product.

Good for my dog

this seems to be a quality product, and a necessary one, particularly in the dry seasons to help the dog's coat remain lush and healthy

These fish oil capsules seem to be really good quality, and they seem to be working. My dog's coat is sleeker and he has less dandruff than before I started giving him this product daily. He also seems a little bit less itchy than he was before. The only downside is that, like a lot of fish oil products, these are pretty large capsules- if your dog hates the taste of the oil, he probably won't take these, because there's no avoiding biting these open. Mine doesn't mind the taste at all so it's okay.

Our dog has been taking these everyday for about 4.5 years. She loves salmon, so these are like a treat for her. Sometimes she swallows them whole, other times she chews them upIn her mouth. There’s no smell either way. She’s an airedale terrier and we like to keep her longer than standard breed cuts. Her coat looks great and she’s doing fab. We’re extremely happy with the consistent quality of these pills. I take the human version from the same brand, which are great too.

I’m using this product because my dog has mild DCM. Cardiomyopathy in a Doberman. And omega-3’s are helpful. Plus, he has a mild coat problem as he was in an animal shelter for six weeks.
