Wonderful customer service by seller - Rachel was extremely helpful in facilitating a second shipment when the first one got lost. I really love this product, bought it in combination with the Vitamin C 25% solution. I was introduced to both at a high end spa and now I save a lot of money by incorporating the Dermalure products into my skin care regime at home. It helps to keep my combo/oily/sensitive skin firm, smooth and fresh.

I used it during and after my peel (TCA 15% and 25%) it actually made my skin looks firmer and smoother. I highly recommend it.However, I got the bottle broken as it was in my traveling suitecase. I suggest if they make the bottle in thicker glass. I am ordering another one.

The quality of this product has significantly diminished since I gave it a glowing review in 2019. Although I've continued to order the serum with the hope that there was just a bad batch, I'm finally giving up. The product is thicker now and leaves a residue that flakes off during the day. In addition, perhaps due to the thicker product, the droppers no longer work well and I've found it necessary to pour the serum into my hand instead. I'm so disapointed! You can see how much I used to love this product by reading my earlier review set forth below. 2019: I have been using this product for about 5 years and I love it! Each time I apply the product I instantly feel my skin hydrating. I have noticed a difference in diminished fine lines and an overall glow. It's a great product!

I'm an esthetician, I recommend this product to my clients and they love it. Use it am and pm under moisturizer. Slow down aging process. Use on neck, chest arm anywhere with dry aging skin or just dry skin, after a chemical peel or any procedure.
