It took awhile to kick in. Id say id started seeing results about a month in. Taking two a day with or before meals. I started to notice being fuller longer. Food cravings significantly reduced. As for weight I did not track weight loss. I do still highly, highly suggest this though!

This berberine I can tolerate without side effect. The one I purchased from Now which is one of my favorite companies gave me huge stomach distress.This combination of berberine and cinnamon is effective!I normally have glucose tested about 114, always over 100 but I just had a pre op blood test done and my glucose 95.I have never had a glucose reading under 100, not kidding.You should test yourself. Not all berberines are the same.

This is the only brand I will buy. Great product! Keeps my blood sugar levels where they need to be. Don’t feel as hungry and curbs my cravings.

I switched from metformin to this about a year ago. My A1C is 5.5 and curbs appetite so helps with weight loss . I started with 2 and it dropped me too much so I took 1 then after a few weeks went to 2. Highly recommend. I spoke with my doctor about it before switching and they were on board and excited with my progress. Easy to swallow capsules.

I emailed the manufacturer to ask how many mg of Berberine in each capsule but they wrote back that it was proprietary. So I will only purchase from a seller where the amount of each ingredient is known.
