I switched over the shampoo and conditioner bars 2 years ago. I didn’t feel like the regular bottles would work on my hair anymore and I liked the idea of getting rid of plastic bottle use.I originally tried the shampoo and conditioner from this brand and have fallen in lot with this conditioner bar. I have repurchased many times.It leaves my hair feeling so soft, without making it greasy. I apply it to my ends in the shower, let it sit for a little and then rinse it out. I found that this conditioner bar lathers a lot better than any other brand of conditioner bar. It makes it easy to apply, and I just “comb” it through the end of my hair.The bar itself doesn’t last as long as a bottle of conditioner, but this will last me multiple months before needing to repurchase. It helps if you make sure it can fully dry between uses.

I was hesitant to try this conditioner bar because I I didn't think it would meet my expectations, or be as nourishing as my bottled salon conditioner.I've been looking for a way to reduce the amount of plastic that is brought into our home, and our carbon footprint. I am always looking to save money. I feel like the kitsch conditioner bar helps me do both!I got the shampoo and conditioner bar as a set on the first purchase. I love them both! They both exceed my expectations.My hair type is waist length, wavy, medium blonde hair, medium thickness. My husband has shoulder length, light blonde, thin hair. He's had similar results using the shampoo and conditioner bar!After shampooing I use the conditioner bar and 'paint' it over my mids and ends leave it in for a few minutesthen rinse. It is fantastic!I don't know how kitsch did it, but I've never had such consistently soft, hydrated, tangle free hair!Side note, the box says you can also use it ad a leave in conditioner. I wouldn't recommend that unless you are looking for a heavy/oilily feeling on your hair. Personally I did not like the bar as a leave in conditioner.I have noticed that I use up the conditioner bar faster than the shampoo bar, about 3x as fast.The conditioner bar lasted about 3.5 weeks (the shampoo bar is going on 8+ weeks and is still usable) with usage for washing and conditioning my hair around 3x a week.Even purchasing 3 conditioner bars (and 1 shampoo bar) for 2 months of usage I'm paying around what 1 bottle of conditioner would cost and I'm not bringing in any plastic.It's definitely weird to get used to, as I've spend 30+ years using bottled hair products, but I'm so glad that I gave it a try.Save money, have amazing hair & help the planet? This is my favorite conditioner and shampoo. I didn't think that this would help my hair grow back but it does. Surprised the he'll put of me. I have a lot more hair growing back. Finally

I love the way this makes my hair feel and look. It’s brought my hair back to life along with the shampoo. Shine, texture, manageability, natural curl, etc. have all improved significantly. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that you only get about 15 treatments out of it depending on long your hair is, which mine is to my butt. I feel the shampoo bars you get more washes, than their conditioners. The smell is soft and not overpowering like most shampoos and conditioners are. I would recommend someone to try this and I think they’ll like it and their hair will too.

I have long thick hair and was skeptical about purchasing this but I was going on vacation and thought it’s worth a try because it would be easy to pack. Well I was pleasantly surprised. It definitely gives you lather, smells so nice and makes my hair so shiny and soft. I’m not sure I will get 100 washes out of it but I’m a big fan now.

Definitely gets my hair nice and soft, but the bar itself is very soft and falls apart. I opened it up and it was extremely soft to the touch. I thought maybe bc it was delivered in hot weather and sat in my mailbox, but no. It's remained very soft and tries falling apart when I pick it up. It's a shame bc I was hoping to go bottle free, but this isn't working out.

I have been using this conditioner for about 6 months now and it is wonderful! My hair had become very dry and would easily break if it wasn’t coming out on my hairbrush. The Rice Water Shampoo and Conditioner has improved the look, feel and thickness of my hair. Recommend…recommend…recommend!
