My got to CF stuffing mix and you can enhance it with sautéed veggies, bone broth, rotisserie chicken, nuts, and whatever your heart desires!It’s also great as a substitute for bread crumbs, just pulse it in the blender and it adds texture and flavor.

My favorite gluten free breadcrumbs! I wish they continued this package on Aleias website but they only have the smaller version of this now. Glad I could find on Amazon

So happy to find gluten free bread crumbs that have the taste and texture of traditional crumbs. Perfect for use with recipes that include breading fish or poulty, or as an ingredient in meatloaf or similar. They don't become soggy and disintegrate like other GF crumbs.

I bought the stuffing for Thanksgiving and being GF was looking forward to it. First, I ordered the double pack and received only one spice packet so one box doesn’t have any seasoning. Moving forward and still having high expectations it was disappointing. It didn’t cook as described and it was more like a bread texture. I tried making it more desirable by putting more herbs, cooked it longer to get the soggy bread texture to dry out and still not good. Definitely not for everyone.Review updated: I’m back to tell you that this company was outstanding with customer support! They reached out and made a correction to the order and it’s truly appreciated! A company like this deserves a better review. I’m going to give the product another try. Thank you!

I bought this to use for Thanksgiving. I recently discovered I am very severely gluten intolerant. Not just mildly gluten intolerant like I had thought before. Because of this I had to start being a lot more careful. I bought this as a substitute to our usual Stouffer stuffing. It was so disgusting and texture was so grainy I ended up having to throw the entire stuffing mix in the trash after I finished cooking it. I was really hoping with all the five star reviews that this would taste good. I don't know what stuffing they ate but the stuffing I had was absolutely disgusting.update: The company reached out to me and offered a refund. No strings attached. They felt bad about my poor experience. While I am unlikely to try this particular product again, I might try some of their other gluten free options. They seem to genuinely care about the product experience of their customers.

My family didn’t like the flavor. They said it tasted like there was something like cinnamon or nutmeg in it. I liked the texture, so maybe I’ll try it again, but add my own seasoning to the stuffing.
