I called Carhartt directly, although I ordered through Amazon, and these were the sizing info they provided to me. Small 14-19" Chest/ 8" Body Length Med 21-27" Chest/ 11" Body Length Large 25-31" Chest/ 13" Body Length XLarge 27-34" Chest/ 14" Body Length I ordered the medium based on their answer and I fit perfectly with room to grow (as I have a 4 mth old pup).
