My B levels were low according to my annual labs, so based on the good reviews I purchased this product. It is a very small pill, dissolves/melts quickly, is a pleasant fruity flavor, and I do feel more energetic when I’ve taken it. I don’t feel any side effects (other than positive ones). Packaging is also of good quality. 10/10 recommend.

After reading other reviews and concerns,I want to add that this pill does deliver B12 ! I'm vegan and recently had blood work to check my B12 levels and they were perfect! Right in the middle range of normal. I take this pill daily. Other brands have caused my B12 levels to be too high. This brand seemed to match my needs for B12. Being 66 years old and a vegan, I needed a sublingual B12 that wasn't too high of a dose because I take it daily as recommended for folks my age. I was taking 5000mcg. from a Costco brand and my bloodwork showed the B12 too high! Also was taking a liquid once, but it had dyes that turned my urine orange. Some concerned folks said I wasn't drinking enough water, but that wasn't the case. I drink about 80oz.of water a day and once I quit the dyed vitamin, my urine was clear. Beware of dyes in your vitamins. Anyway after trying different brands, I like this one because of no dyes and the dose isn't so high for daily consumption and it is sublingual. The only disadvantage is that it takes about 20 or more minutes to dissolve! Flavor is good. It's not unpleasant, but be prepared to commit to not swallowing anything or drinking while you are absorbing your pill. Not a good thing to do if you are cooking and want to taste your food, or right after a meal and you want to brush your teeth. No , it's important to choose a time when you know you don't need to put anything in your mouth for awhile. A minor inconvenience, but it is worth it and I will probably buy again.

I see this product important it gives. E more energi. I was fatigue not knowing what the problem is.Using this item, (which I couldn't findet elsewhere) I'm filling the difference not getting tired with no reason.I will continue to use it, it works good for absorption, quality and Dosage and color.
