Moen YB8000SN Mason Mounting Posts, Satin Nickel

I ordered Moen YB8000SN Mason Mounting Posts, Satin Nickel and received one post. The description really doesn't state how many you will receive and it appears from other reviews sometimes you get a single post and sometimes you get a pair.I reordered the same product to get a second post and received a paired set in the second order.Keep in mind these posts are left and right and cannot be interchanged unless you don't mind the attachment clip visible on the top side of the post.I returned the first shipment I received with the single post. Amazon gave me the 'here's your money, don't bother sending it back' return, so it all worked out pretty well.As far as the quality of the product, its just standard builder grade, nothing spectacular. I only picked this because I needed an extra towel bar and it matches all the other bathroom hardware in my house.

This is just what I was looking for. The perfect match to compliment the other bathroom decor.

The mounts are nice and sturdy, with an even finish. It's not quite the same satin nickel finish as the rest of my bathroom fixtures though (which are a mix of other brands and Moen themselves) these are little more yellow/warmer toned. The mounts all matched each other and the bars though. They come with molly anchors to hold them in hollow walls better.

*****There are actually 2 posts in each package***** Unfortunately, I ordered 4 expecting single posts as stated in the product details. Because they are so economical, I am going to hang on to them and find another use.

Perfect replacement for a damaged towel rod! Ordered several to anticipate other repairs in my other apartments

I read the questions where customers have asked if it comes in a pair, and the responses were "Yes, they come in a pair". Great, so I ordered it and guess what, I only received one. Hard to hang my towel rod with just one post. So now I have to order another, and of course it's an add-on so I have to come up with $25 worth of stuff to buy before I can order it. Not happy at all. Amazon, please delete any responses from customers stating you get two.

OK, the title says "posts", plural. I expected a pair. But I only got one. I mean, what good is one side to hold up the towel bar? I had an extra bar so I figured to save by buying just the posts. But for the price ($7), ordering two is more than ordering a complete towel bar. Sending it back, unbelievable!

Purchased because it matched the other bathroom products in our new home. Great price and great delivery.
