Hi, Cody and thanks so much for the question! 1 cup of fresh wild blueberries (V. myrtillus) comes to about 5 tbsp of freeze-dried blueberry powder. Our recommended serving size of 1 tablespoon of berry powder equals to 4.8 grams of powder and that's approximately 40 g of fresh berries.
