so I was also curious, I went to their website and found the sustainability report and in there it has a page that shows where all of their spices and stuff come from. Q: From what country does the peppermint leaf originate?

I've bought this several times, the last about 2 wks ago. The package says that the company is located in Iowa, NOT that it is grown in Iowa. The Amazon page description, above, does NOT say anything about the location where it was grown, and only makes a vaguely generalized and misleading statement about Oregon. I would be happy if it was grown in Iowa or Oregon or in other states in the USA where the word Organic as a small, but larger reputation than out side of the country. Please Immediately obtain a specific statement from Frontier as to the location/s where this was obtained.

Q: Approximately how many cups of tea do you get out of this 16 oz bag? I'm trying to see if it's more affordable than buying tea bags. Thanks

I bought a bag in November. I drink 1 cup a day in my first trimester, two in the second, three in the third. This translates to my making a half gallon a week in the 1st, and a gallon or more a week in the later trimesters. I use a handful of leaves each time I make a half gallon. It is now May and I'm guessing the bag will last through the end of the month. So six months of making 1/2-1 gallon of tea a week :)
