Great Tool for Health Journey
If you're on a health journey, this is a great way to get started! You are able to log stats, meals, etc. for 4 months and it's very thorough. You can also log exercise sessions and body measurements. I didn't fully utilize it, but it was a great way to share with my nutritionist, who really liked it as well. There are even stickers included to give yourself little "way to go" notes throughout. It also comes in many pretty colors!

Solid tool for accountability and food analysis
Love the layout of this journal - note it only fits four months (14 weeks)! However that is perfect for someone who wants to use it as a tool to kickoff their wellness journey. For someone working on accountability - this is great! It allows you to be very detailed around your goals, workouts, food, etc. I’m also a fan of using something that requires me to physically write it out - it makes me think about my choice more and meditate on what worked/didn't.Two things it doesn’t have but I wish it did: Calories Burned and Calorie Deficit. I write these in myself as both change each day based on my activity and what I eat.

It's nice, but...
I bought this journal to help keep track of my nutrition while I'm on short-term disability after having a major surgery and it has definitely helped keep me accountable and more mindful of what I'm putting into my body so far.I get the appeal of having an A5 size for transportability, but there should really be a larger 8.5x11 option like there are with some other Clever Fox journals as well. I have to squint to see where I'm writing if it's not right in front of my face. There also is not enough boxes to fit everything I use in a day. I usually can't fit all of the ingredients I use for things like salads and recipes that call for a larger amount of ingredients which is frustrating. If there was a pre-formatted place in the back to write in recipes and add up their nutrition totals and just transfer the meal name into the daily pages, maybe this would be less of a pain, but there's not. Right now I have to add up everything off paper which is annoying to have to do this every time I make a recipe that I eat often. Because that's more work to do I usually end up just not logging it out of lack of time. 6 lines per meal just isn't enough. The same goes for the Activity page. I usually can't fit all of my PT exercises in the boxes and have to consolidate some of them. I can't do much cardio right now due to medical restrictions, but once I do it would be nice to have more space. Would also love more free space next to the cardio box because that's where I like to monitor my daily pain management symptoms, but I understand that's more of a personal preference and not really the goal of this journal. The product nutrition facts section in the back is a nice touch, but again, there are not enough lines to write everything in. I use a lot of different vegetables/frozen fruits and I will not be able to fit all of them in even after sectioning my own lines onto the page. It would also help to have other subsections in this area for things like spreads/sauces, sugars, powders, miscellaneous, etc. That all being said, this journal has still helped me a lot with simply paying attention to what I'm consuming and that's half the battle. I really like the format and the amount of detail compared to other journals that I've tried and will probably keep using it. There just isn't enough space and it's kind of hard to see. So making an 8.5x11 version with expanded boxes/listing areas would be great for those who need more room. I would definitely buy that if it were an option once I'm finished with this one.
