Well Packaged, Excellent Variety, and High Quality
I had a micro USB connector break off of a board so I ordered this. It came promptly, was well packaged with a case, and an excellent variety. I had the replaced soldered as soon as the soldering iron was hot.

Contains a good assortment of Micro USB connector types; great for repair work
I accidentally ripped the USB port off of the microscope I use for soldering and other detailed work (I accidentally knocked it off my desk with the cable still plugged in.) Since it uses the USB port for power, this was something that I absolutely had to fix. I wasn't sure what part I needed (it's very hard to tell from pictures on electronics part vendor sites, and I didn't want to have to click through and read each individual product's datasheet) so I took a chance and ordered this kit. Fortunately, it came with a matching USB port. Well, almost. The plug end was slightly bigger than the opening in the microscope's case, so I had to go medieval on it with my rotary tool and a grinding stone attachment. I probably could have done a neater job with a set of files, but I didn't have any and I was impatient. The important part was that the port matched the solder pads and holes on the microscope's circuit board, so it was electrically compatible. Of course this proved to be a rather interesting chicken-and-egg problem (how am I supposed to repair something on a microscope when i need a microscope to solder with?) but I somehow muddled through. And now I have a working microscope again, as well as a selection of different types of USB ports, which is definitely nice to have around the house should something else of mine break and require repair. (Which I'm sure will happen sooner or later.)

Failed to work for my purposes
I was trying to repair a set of headphones where the cord connected to the Micro-USB port had to be tilted more and more for the headphones to charge. After removing the old port, I tried attaching the new one, but it just would not adhere with careful use of Flux and solder.
