I purchased this unit to replace another Waterdrop filter that I had been using. This filter has a higher flow rate than my previous single stage filter, and my friends bring their water bottles to me for refill because they say that the water tastes better than the water from the vending machines, but complained about the low flow rate (my previous filter was meant as a refrigerator water filter). Shortly after I had installed the TSA filter, my flow rate plummeted. I contacted Waterdrop customer service and Kimberly helped me resolve my issues. She was prompt, product knowledgeable, and courteous. Within days of developing my problem, Kimberly had diagnosed the probable cause and sent me what I needed. I was back in business very quickly. Having worked in manufacturing I realized that sometimes your product can go out and fail. It happens to all manufacturers. The true test of a company's commitment to quality is in the way they address the customer/product related issues. Kimberly did an outstanding job, but that wouldn't be possible without the complete support of management. It reflects a commitment to quality that should be the standard of every company. I continue to patronize Waterdrop for that reason and highly recommend their products.

Purchased this item because it does not require a drain or have a storage tank. I hooked this up directly to my refrigerator water supply which is a1/4 inch connection. Built the spigot into the wall using bluestone and finished with molding. Used a restaurant supply beer trap to collect any water that may drip from the tap. The standard plumbing supplies included with the purification system does not include a 1/4 inch connector. Rebecca in customer service was very helpful and sent me an ice maker kit for free which had everything needed to install. Also included a slitter to connect the ice maker. The flow on the unit is excellent and the water tastes great.

I got this specifically to filter water going to the fridge. It came with 2 connectors that had 3/8" male and female screw ends but I discovered that the inlet and outlet of the filter was actually 1/4". This made it so convenient to just connect 1/4" PEX lines from the wall outlet to the fridge (bought separately).It is made clear on the website description that it does not do TDS and that is true. My water tested 125 on the TDS meter from the tap and it was the same post-filtered.Flow does slow just a tad but that is to be expected considering it is going through 3 filters and there no signs of leak. I tried having the filter stand up and laying flat on its back. This would help folks that do not have space behind the fridge and want to lay it flat on top of the fridge.Overall I recommend this water filter as it is easy to install and easy to replace.

Works great. Filters all chlorine taste from municipal water in a 3-stage filter. Install only took about 20 minutes.

This system is excellent and worth considering if you can't install a dedicated filtering system or at least use a dedicated filter faucet. I agree with previous comments about its ease of installation and the quality of the water taste; I highly recommend it. However, the suggested replacement time for the filters is inaccurate and should be around 2 to 3 months at most. Essentially, you are running all your cold water through the system, even for rinsing dishes. Naturally, this causes a drop in water pressure, but the crucial filter is No. 3. I faced significant water pressure issues within two months, replaced filter No. 1, as it was supposed to have the shortest lifespan, but there was no change. I replaced filter No. 2 a week later, but still saw no improvement. Eventually, I ordered and replaced filter No. 3, and the system returned to its original performance.
