Q: Is this for natural hair?

I agree with Charisse, who also answered your question--this brush doesn't work in my thick, curly natural hair, but it works amazingly in my children's thinner textured hair.

Q: How's this compared to tangle teezer is fine and fragile brush?

This brush works the same as the "fine and fragile brush" but, this brush just has a handle on it make it easier to hold I your hand when brushing your hair.

Q: Is this good for blowing drying hair?

It is a one piece plastic brush with no ventilation so if ventilation is important then not. But also it is plastic so it would probably get warm?
