I ordered a weight belt using the sizing guide and ordered a large. But I found that I was really in between a large and a medium. The large size was a bit too big. I contacted the company. The support folks confirmed my waist measurement and sent the smaller size (medium) which fits perfectly. Professional and prompt service!

I bought a bigger size and was to big bought the next size down and it’s to small. And now am stuck with it.
