a very good seller and makes things happen. the new screen is up and running. i just have to get used to the color difference but im very happy i have all my stuff back

The good: easy to install, good fit, and nice bright screen.The bad: right when I turned on my phone i noticed that the screen was smaller. The frame was too big all around so the screen was smaller. Can't return it now that I already put it on. You won't know this beforehand because the screen is all black before you install it. But the worst thing about this screen is that it's not sensitive enough in certain areas. The lower part of my screen is now a pain to use. I almost have to hit the space bar at least twice just to leave a space. Same with tapping the period and the backspace. It was a pain typing this. I just wasted 200 dollars. Would not buy again nor would I suggest to anyone.Edited: after 2 months of use the screen started having all these colored pixels all over the screen or shaded areas all over after about 30 minutes of use. Once u turn off the screen and it cools down for about an hour it will be normal again but after every 30 minutes of use it goes back to the annoying colored shades. I can't believe amazon allows these kind of products to be sold here.

In less than an hour I restored my note 9 to like new condition with no experience. Just watch some relevant videos on YouTube an do as they say

I followed a few different YouTube videos for the install. It is doable for a first timer. Just dont rush. The screen so far is great. The only thing that I would complain about is the heat sink. Since its copper, whoever assembled the screen didnt have clean hands or wasnt wearing gloves. The oil from their finger imprinted and oxidized on there. I tried to rub it out with isopropyl alcohol but it wouldn't come off. I'll see if this impacts performance.UPDATE: 2 weeks in- The oxidation on the heat sink from my experience hasn't hindered performance. I would give it 4.5 stars. Not a 5. The chassis for the s-pen is not a snug fit. If you drop your phone even the slightest, the s-pen will fall out. Not a deal breaker but there were other screen replacements from different sellers for the same price. Not sure how those would compare but overall I'm happy with the purchase.

Its a nice screen but sometimes the display geta messed up and has lines everywhere(like the photo) but to fix it you just have to click the power button 2 times but honestly I would just recommend getting a new phone unless you're like me and things aren't backed up.

In the reviews there is a photo with lines running top to bottom, I have experienced, another review has said the bottom of the screen when touching becomes less sensitive to have to press multiple times, I have experienced, I have had the screen become COMPLETELY non responsive, in the beginning I just had to hit the power button to bring back to normal, the last time the power button didn't work, I tried turning off but the screen wasn't responsive to accomplish a restart, I had to take the phone apart and disconnect the battery, then put back together, it worked after disconnecting the battery, right after I called Amazon customer support to report the malfunctioning defective screen, less than a month old, having to disconnect the battery to get it to work was the last straw

Ist issue. The screen display is smaller in size.2nd issue. Stylus pen does not function well. It need little efforts to write with stylus pen .3. On Origonal screen pen floats like water. Very smooth .4. Hard to write with pen.5. Colors are too bright . Even after setting colors are very sharp6. I think I wasted my money on this screen.7. Advise.. Never buy .8. I could not take picture before , because the feed back is always after installation.9. What is shown in picture, its not the same screen.10. Ripped off . Be care full

Product was easy to assemble. Phone is like new again. Would recommend.
