Q: will t hese work sufficiently to crimp 16awg mini-fit jr connectors?

I checked the data of the terminal, the crimper IWS-1424A and SN-58B can work with it.

Q: Will this work with a TE-Connectivity pin 1-104480-7 pin w. 22 guage wire?

If you don't crimp with waterproof sockets, I suggest you to use crimper SN-2549

Q: Will these crimp Deutsch DT pins?

Yes I crimped new sockets for the throttle body servo / tps .. plug on my 2012 roadking ... it does pins too ..
