UGREEN CM390 Bluetooth 5.0 USB adapter for PC (black)

A great and inexpensive way to add Bluetooth to a PC without it on the motherboard. Comes with drivers on disc, but on Windows 11 Pro these were not required, nor were some of the other steps, it was nearly plug and play. Was recognised in device manager and all that was required was Settings>Bluetooth and devices>Add device. It paired with an Elite Xbox controller and no other steps were needed. Fires up connection without anything further needing to be run. If there is any delay I can't detect it. Good value and pleased to see that there was a white option to match PC case.

Easy to install. For me it was plug and play. Only downside is that it broke after half a year, but the life of itay differ

So this is a great product and works with my Xbox One X Controller, which is the sole reason I bought this for...But, it wasn't 'plug & play' as it should be with Windows 11. My Windows had originally installed the driver as a 'Generic Bluetooth Device' which could not find my Xbox Controller. That's not Ugreen's fault....My Gaming PC does not have a disk drive, so the included driver disk was useless and finding the drivers online online on the Ugreen website. Especially since the drivers support section is hidden away, this product isn't on the store and I have to use the device number from the box (80889 or something, above the barcode) to find them once I finally found the driver support section.Once I found the driver and downloaded the set-up files, it was as simple as clicking the set up.exe and clicking next. Then it truly was plug & play and after a recommended restart, my xbox controller (x) connected instantly without me even having to search for it.Ugreen should make a link to download the specific drivers OBVIOUS, then the product would be 5* easily. Had to drop a star due to how difficult it is to find the driver online.

Small and effective Bluetooth sender which performs well.

I found it easy to use attaching Bluetooth headphones to my old PC, which runs Windows 10. So far seamless and easy pairing, though as usual Windows makes it difficult to then actually USE the headphones even though they're paired 😄.

Absolute garbage. Stopped working after 3 months. Constantly switches between connected and disconnected. Tried different ports and same result. Other items tried in same ports and working fine. Product is cheap, defective and not meant to last. Tried to arrange for a replacement but only went through to returns , which obviously is after the 28 days. Nowhere to contact UGreen so I have left this review here. Avoid like the plague as in this case, it seems it is worth spending more on the genuine Microsoft product.

Sometimes I need to unplug it from the usb port then put it back in but that might have something to do with windows being funny.Links up to my Bluetooth headphones and my Xbox controller fine, not noticed any delay.10x better than the unbranded one I bought off eBay which ironically was more expensive.

Got me out of a hole. I was on an online course over a number of weekends and my bluetooth went down on my motherboard. I couldn't fix it and the weekend was approaching quickly so I ordered this. Plugged it in, downloaded the drivers and was up and running. Worked flawlessly to get me up and running again.
