Protec HR230 Heavy Ready Series - 22" Cymbal Bag

Got this cymbal bag to better store and transport my 4 cymbals - two 16" crashes, one 17" crash cymbal and one 21" ride cymbal. The bag seems to be pretty sturdy and has no problem housing all my cymbals and their weight, the handle is solid and feels good in the hand. It looks like I could put more cymbals in it too. The front separate pocket with zipper is about 13" x 15" in size. As other reviewers already mentioned, this bag has no separators, which is a pity, no one wants to scratch the cymbals. So, I made my own separators from thin utility black carpet/mat that you can get from any hobby or home improvement store. I made two 21" and one 16" circular separators - see attached photos. And now the cymbal bag is complete. I like it very much.

Gorgeous, high quality case. Very happy with it. Came folded up in plastic, arrived safely, and in a timely manner considering 2 day shipping isn’t 2 day shipping any longer.Fits the Meinl 20 inch ocean drum perfectly and protects it well with inside padding. Much more cost effective than buying a drum carry bag worth $100+ depending on options.Zippers are smooth and outer pocket is convenient for equipment. Double metal zippers for closure. Handles are strong and feel very durable. Shoulder strap ends are sewn on either side of the zipper to ensure a balanced grip. Double handles have a Velcro cover for comfort carry during travel.Exactly what I was looking for a would highly recommend.

Me gusto, la verdad es muy resistente, el primer día puse un ride de 20' crash 18' crash 14' hithat 14' y uno adicional crash de 14' y aguanto bastante, muy pesado pero aguanto, lo malo es que no tiene separadores pero vi en una reseña que alguien hizo sus propios separadores, yo ocupe un clutch viejo para unir los platillos y me funciono súper bien

Really nice quality - strong robust material and well stitched. Great fit for my Yudin Pulsar tongue drum - the padding will keep it safe on public transport for sure.

You can spend a lot of money on a cymbal bag with lots of separate sleeves for each cymbal but I stack my cymbals together and secure them with a hi hat clutch so this is all I need to carry them around.Totally happy with this bag and the price was right.
