It has labels but I’ve never read them. I’ve never had an inspector ask to see any manufacturer labeling on the panel to identify it either. Just mark the breakers as you normally would.

Q: can you splice the cable to cover more area using 1 thermostat?

No u can’t however if u bought the wrong cable call them they are extremely helpful I had similar issue I had to much cable and they helped me resolve it at close to cost
