Well constructed and great protection - I found the sizing guide to be spot on.
Well constructed and great protection. A few of the reviews commented that they ran a little small. I tried them out at my dojo before I purchased mine. According to the sizing charts, I should have ordered a Large. Per the comments, I should have ordered a size up, an XL. When I tried them out, the XL was comfortable but slipped around as the chin strap was too loose. On the Large, the headgear was more snug but the chin strap was perfect which is how the headgear should fit.That said, I am bald and it was a good fit, according to the sizing. If you have big hair - which should be reflected when you size the circumference of your noggin anyways - you might think about the size up.

Protective helmet
I have an autistic son that went through self harming, and this helmet helped a lot but cleaning it and him using it so much it split open with the foam being exposed sharp edges inside, so I would say it would only last a few months, taking it on and off and cleaning it But was a lifesaver when we needed it thank you
