No it's not it comes wired with a USA two pin

Q: What is the difference with the dw735 model and the dw735x?

Not sure why I have been asked to answer this question as I don’t have a Dewalt planer yet. The DW735X has a in and an out feed table and the DW735 does not. They can be purchased separately. I hope this helps.
