Aside from delivery delay issue, I super like what I’ve purchased! I happen to have had a comparison from an item I previously ordered (name drop: #water), it was delivered broken so I have to return the item. But with Iron Flask, from the box to the item - thumbs up! The box is still intact, I love the color I selected, there are 3 lids to choose from (can’t pick which one though (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) ) - all lids are super nice, there’s one lid that you can put a strap/chain on it. I can store a liter of liquid - I don’t have to make a refill for several times a day! There’s also a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.I desired to have one of this kind of drinking bottle and now I have it through Iron Flask! And I like the brand name as it is somewhat congruent in my real name!I just wish that, since the instruction is handwash only, the mouth of the bottle is wider, so I can get my hands inside the bottle to rinse/wash it properly.

Not a good product, broke within 2 months and very poor customer service from Amazon and from Iron Flask. Amazon won’t replace the product and are offering a refund of only 75% of the price I paid! They keep 25% for what!? They are offering no alternative, no replacement, no repair, nothing!I have never returned anything and only received a percentage of the cost of the product! I have the flask for 2 months and the straw lid just snapped! Very poor quality product. I see I’m not the only 1 that had problems with the lid also.Iron flask told me they couldn’t send a replacement because I purchased it from Amazon. It seems they are renowned for lame excuses.

I use this all day every day. Keeps my water cold all day even when outside by the pool. I like the different lids and perfect size for all day use. It seals without spilling. The coating is very good looking a durable.

This water bottle is amazing. It comes in so many colors and styles, there’s bound to be one for everyone! I loved covering mine in assorted stickers and they all stuck without a single issue, no peeling even after being washed. I love the multiple tops that come with it, including the straw lid and the cleaning kit it comes with, there is also a lid with a handle if that strikes your fancy. It keeps my water so cold for literally days, I never have to worry about not having ice cold water at school, work, or on trips. I’ve left it in my hot car and it’s never not cold. Highly recommend this bottle!

With mandatory in office days now and no coffee machine in the office, this is a lifesaver! I make coffee and it is hot ALL DAY!!!! 😱😱😱magical! 7am to 4:30pm+. So big and very sturdy, just obsessed with the color options too. I love that it is hot and cold plus all the different types of lids 💕💕worth the price for sure!
