I've replaced my old light for this one because I wanted something that sits up higher with a better spectrum of light. The full spectrum made things look more colorful, differently picks up the reds on my rotala plant. It was easy to install and the light does fit a rimmed tank. I've been having it on 24/7 mode and my fish like to slowly wake up to a dim light in the morning. My tank is a 10 gallon and the light spreads out evenly.

A great light for my 10lb betta tank! I love getting to personalize the light and change the light color and brightness. The buttons on the control switch are relatively easy to follow and there is even a timer setting. The look of the light is my favorite because it’s simple and minimal. The way it clips on the side of the tank smoothly is satisfying to the eye. I’ll be getting another one for my next shrimp tank!

Item works great and as intended I do wish there was a sunset before moonlight phase but other then that it’s good

Giving 4 stars due to light not working when first turned on… the light was blinking non stop and couldn’t figure out how to get it to not blink. After 8 minutes all lights came on all at once & so far it’s working. Will update if anything changes.

i wanted a brighter light than what came with my tank so my plants would get more light, but i was struggling to find one that worked with rimmed tanks, luckily this one works perfectly! i already have a timer plugin so i don’t need to use the timer settings, and i love that i can dim or brighten the light if i need to

I have 5 of these. I really love them. The day/night setup is great, early in morning it slowly comes on and transitions smoothly through the day. Only “down side” there is a dimmer, but it does not work with the day night timer. It’s a bit bright for a few of my tanks and would be easier if I could just dim that.Works great for plants in tank as well.

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this light. It’s compact so it doesn’t overwhelm my 10 gallon but definitely supports plant growth as well as overall fish health with the use of 24 hour mode. Sunrise to sunset and I don’t have to worry about it. Just set it and forget it. Definitely recommend. Great light for price!
