Nice Bathroom Fan
Nice powerful fan. Installation was easy. The noise level is minimal. When you're talking bathroom fans, Broan is it.

Best fan you could buy!
It looks extremely good for my bathroom. The light is very bright. Fan is pretty quiet. Very good fan compared to other fans.

This Review Saves Time/Money
Yeah, so... This is a nice, residential quality, bath fan from the industry leader. No complaints. The packaging was good. The instructions were good. The build quality is good. Really, it's exactly what you'd expect. However, after going through the fairly tedious process of removing one unit and replacing it with another (from the same manufacturer), I can see now that I could have saved myself a bunch of time and a bunch of money, if I'd just replaced the motor assembly from the old fan. I mean much of what I took out was replaced with something nearly identical (honestly, the older metal was slightly thicker gauge). What a waste of time and resources! So, credit where it's due: the manufacturer has designed these to be highly modular for cleaning and repair. If your old fan is loud, take it apart, clean the lint off, replace the motor, and put everything back together. Then, you can skip the demolition, the (frustrating!) housing removal, the instalation of the new box, reconnecting ducting, rewiring... The list goes on.

Quiet and works well. May need modifications to be made for your application.
I made the mistake of purchasing this fan which was intended for a much larger bathroom. I believe a fan with a lower CFM would have been even quieter, although this fan is so much quieter than the one I replaced there is no comparison.I had to substantially modify the mounting hardware for this to work due to replacing an existing fan with different dimensions. Lots of cutting and riveting on of new brackets. It took some time and effort to get it wired up so the fan and light were controlled with a single switch. I don't know if it was me, or if the instructions and schematic were unclear. I would buy this fan again.

Nice fan
Nice flush mount fan with a super bright LED light. Fan draws well and is very quiet. Just installed it yesterday so time will tell but so far we are very happy

Well engineered and good for replacing an old Broan fan without going into the attic
I replaced all four 20-year-old Broan fans in my 2-story house with Broan-NuTone AE110L fans.Installing each fan and cleaning up requires about 3-4 hours for an experienced, careful handyman. The job is messy due to the drywall dust and blown-in insulation, so be sure to wear a mask.I did not merely replace worn parts (assuming parts would even be available) for these reasons:1) The old contractor-grade fans had been declared a fire hazard by our HOA.2) The old fans had a very unusual, dim, hard-to-find fluorescent light bulb with a flicker-prone mechanical ballast.3) The old fans were cheap, low-capacity and noisy, using axial blowers instead of powerful centrifugal blowers. These new units seem well-engineered/quiet/high capacity, and the spare 25,000 hour LED light modules are available for $35 from Broan-NuTone.This fan has the same height and spatial relationship between the mounting bracket/housing wall and the air outlet duct as the old Broan fan does, even though it has much higher capacity. The electrical inlet is in the opposite side, but in every case, there was plenty of spare Romex wire length available once a cable staple was pulled out.I installed all of my fans without going into the attic, which was essential for several of the fans.Be sure to watch the installation videos on Amazon and YouTube before installing.I was able to remove the old fan and prepare for the new one by using a long extension electric screwdriver, drywall saw, pry bar, and Channellock pliers. This was one of the most difficult steps. In two cases I needed to screw on a foot-long piece of wood (2” x 2” or 23/32” x 5.5”) to provide a large enough flat surface for the mounting bracket/housing wall. For these retrofit installations, I folded the mounting brackets against the housing (as instructed) and put about 5 short drywall or deck screws through the housing wall into the stud or I-beam to mount the housing.I used 2” wide aluminum duct tape for the duct connection and also to seal the fan housing to the ceiling drywall (highly recommended to stop air/dust leaks). The hole needed in the ceiling drywall is one inch larger than the old 9" x 9" fan in one direction only.Be sure to mount the fan housing far enough into the ceiling so none of it hangs out; the grille springs can accommodate up to 1/2” indent at least.Note that if your 4" discharge hose or your attic grates are restricted in flow, the fan noise will increase. If you have separate light and fan switches and want an LED dimmer, another reviewer recommends the LeGrand RHCL453PTCCCV6 over the Lutron for minimal buzzing noise.Installing the LED module in the grille is a little tricky: hold the grille in both hands and sequentially work the grille's 2 latches up onto the the highest notch on each side of the module.

Fan
It is a nice unit and easy to install minus the cover springs.Suggestions: Make a 4000k light swap available. Make the LED dimmable.

Fan light WAY too bright!
The light looks good and the fan works, but the fan light is WAY too bright. You can't switch the bulb and you can't control it with a dimmable light switch. I would have returned the two fans I bought like this had I known how bright the light was and that it could not be modified (I learned this after I had them professionally installed). Very disappointed.
