Best fuel can I have ever owned.
After owning more than a dozen different types of fuel cans over the years, I recently purchased one of these for my diesel fuel. I was pleasantly surprised by the functionality and practicality of the design. Let me quickly run down why I love this fuel can so much.Ergonomic handle locations: While this may seem like a small thing, it's not something that every fuel can achieves. The combination of the top handle and back handle, make it easy to tip and pour this can even when completely full. It is well balanced so when you are placing pressure on the spout release to fill your machine you can comfortably hold it on the back handle.Spout locking mechanism: There are many different methods that fuel can manufacturer use to lock their spouts in place for transport. This is by far my favorite. No knuckle, busting or hard twisting to open the fuel can for refilling. Just press down the release with your thumb and easily twist it off.Fuel dispensing button: The green button on top of the spout for dispensing your fuel is also well-designed. there's a locking switch on top that prevents you from pressing it accidentally, and it's easy to engage and hold down while fuel fills your machine. Again, I've seen versions of this on many others that didn't work anywhere near well.Cons: The only criticism I have with the can is that fuel often gets trapped in the spout, and when you remove the cap from the end something always spills out. It's not a lot of fuel and I'm not sure how they would prevent that, but I really hate getting diesel fuel on my hands every time I take the cap off the end. I'm not deducting a star from my rating for this annoyance though. This is something I feel is a problem with fuel cans.Summary: After owning this fuel can for several months, I went ahead and bought another for kerosene and plan to buy another for gasoline this summer. It is become my favorite design for a fuel can by a longshot.

Much simpler dispensing, where have these been all my life?
We use these to dispense coolant concentrate for CNC machines. It's so much faster now, the operators don't put off mixing coolant any more. There is a little dribbling after shutoff with the slow moving concentrate, but the cap takes care of it. Way less of a problem than with any of our previous methods.

Works but definitely has a learning curve.
Had trouble using at first but after I used it a couple of times and got use to it works as advertised.

Way easier than other clumsy ones
A can above then all. The pour valve is eay better than other cans. Use palm of your hand to push the green valve and you are holding it with other hand.

Better than most of the other safety spouts
Easy to handle with top and back handles. Easy to pour but you do need two hands. Has never spilled on me.Always a couple drops left in the spout, putting the cap back on always gets a tiny bit on your fingers.

Poor design
Not very happy with this can. I bought this for diesel in my tractor and the handle on the side to help holding while pouring.First serious mistake is the opening of the can is too small for the diesel nozzle at the pumps. Do they not know that diesel nozzles are larger to prevent putting diesel in a gasoline vehicle!Second is this filter screen in the can. I couldn’t get it out and it causes fuel to splash out while trying to fill the can.The filter screen should filter fuel coming out not in. If it catches anything going in it will come back out into your tank when pouring. If I knew this I wouldn’t have purchased.Hope the fancy nozzle works like they advertised. If not I will be adding to my disappointment.
