How the machine attach to this mount i don’t see any holes under machine

So there should be 2 screws that are directly under the hole that line up with 2 holes on the machine itself. Unfortunately, I found out that the machine doesn't actually attach to the stand, it just sits on the stand. I had to use double sided tape to firmly secure the machine on the stand
