I started using it as a deodorant in conjunction with an essential oil and it worked very well! I was at a loss before for controlling my armpit odor. The usual deodorants were not working for my anymore and I was having allergic reactions to the antiperspirant so going for stronger ones was out of the question. Then I went to the "natural" brands with baking soda. It burned my armpits. Then I tried the one with no baking soda and the same having my deodorants failing. I heard magnesium oil helps some pains, and I wanted to give it a try.This bottle was the cheapest among what I saw on Amazon and other sites.Not sure if it’s doing anything but I used it around necks and lower back.

I started using this right out of the bottle (not diluted), and put some drops on the bottom of my feet. My leg cramps are almost gone now.

This stuff has changed my life. I'm an attorney and I sit at my desk many hours a day in front of a computer. I keep my magnesium oil close by and put it on my shoulders a couple of times a day. Instant relief; almost too good to be true. It also works with headaches by putting some on the temples and neck. It is cheap and it works. You can't get a better deal than that.

I have used this for myself for sore muscles and it helps with sleep. I was happy to purchase it to send to my daughter for the same issues. Shipping was fast but when she received it the bottle was busted open and it was spilled all over the packaging so she never got to use it. Now I'm being told I can't get a replacement or a refund. Don't waste your money. You may never get to use it!
