Part of our family movie routine.
Great quality product, easy to use and clean. 1 switch for the light and warmer, 1 switch turns on the kettle. We use the pre portioned packages from Great Northern and extra butter. With a large family we now get the movie theater experience at home. The kids are silent until the first kernels begin to pop and then they are all excited. Definitely a great family purchase that we will use for years to come!

It is easy to make sure it does not burn
This popcorn machine has been able to make popcorn for countless movie nights at a public school in a quick time without shutting off and overheating. It is easy to make sure it does not burn. My only reason for not giving it five stars is the packaging it is delivered in allows for the machine to break in transit. It was a nightmare to get it delivered to the school in one piece. It took multiple deliveries and over a month to get a working machine to the school.

Loud rattle from the auger
The popcorn machine works as far as popping popcorn but the auger is very loudly causing a vibration against the metal around it. Please help
