Not to be tied.. they are considered slip ons / loafers

These are definitely NOT water resistant. In fact, they soak up rain and dew like crazy. They are super comfy, the most comfy shoes I own, but they are basically like pulling an extra pair of socks on top of your feet in terms of water resistance.

Do these shoes have good arch support?

These do not have an arch support. However, they are a very comfortable and good quality, well made loafer.

I'm not sure what you are meaning by what size are they but I'll tell you this. I wear an 8 to 81/2 and in hey dudes I wear an 8. They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Love them. I owe 8 pairs right now and will get more. I hope you like them.
