Depending on player count, an hour with max players and explaining the rules.

is this good with 3 people, and is it to easy for seasoned adult gamers?

I have not played. Read reviews and the few i saw for 3 players were positive. Much more than 2 player. It might be too easy for seasoned players though rated for 14+
