Works well for me. Good product, fair price

Helped ease joint pain & stiffness but has also been great for my skin. I've been taking it daily for over a year.

First time trying the supplement and I was astonished that within a couple of day I felt a positive reaction! *personally I am on 4 medications, so I looked to make sure there would be no interactions, I take at noon so as to be 4 hrs after and before I take meds just for extra precaution, but that's just me. I trust this manufacturer from other supplements I have tried. Excited with good results.

SEEMS TO BE HELPING BUT HAVE ONLY USED FOR A LITTLE OVER A WEEK . I HAVE 3 HERNIATED DISCS AND WANTED TO SEE IF THIS WILL HELP RE-HYDRATE MY DISCS . I NEED MORE TIME FOR A PROPER EVALUATION AND I DON'T WANT TO JUMP TO ANY IMMEDIATE CONCLUSIONS . I HOPE IT HELPS OTHERS WHAT EVER THEY WANT TO ACHIEVE.
