These little pads are an absolute godsend for anyone with glasses that don't have proper nose supports. They adhere extremely well to the plastic used for most glasses today. However, they WILL fall off eventually. This is not a permanent solution and you shouldn't think of it that way. The adhesive will eventually fail due to sweat, natural oils and and heat cycling that all come from being on your face. However, don't let that put you off. I get about a month before I need to replace them. Excellent effectiveness and great value. I wouldn't worry to much about the thickness options but I would recommend starting with the thin option first and see how it goes.

Bought these to hold my glasses in place because they keeps sliding down my nose. They do the job but every now and then I have to change them because the body heat makes the glue melt. It’s the only reason for the four stars.

Yes they do the job. Yes they are comfortable. Yes, they'll massively help you. but after a month you'll need to replace them. Adhesive will loosen off, and on a few occasions wve had a laugh to find them stuck to my chin or forehead, as they fell off. At first great. 5-6 weeks needs changing ! Plus they can be messy with adhesive junk on the frames.
