Q: Does this have gel in the heel cup to ice back of heel?

No, but your heel fits into the ice pack and then you wrap it around your ankle. I felt that it iced both my ankle and heel very well.

Q: Can I walk with this wrap?

I would not walk around while wearing the wrap. It is not meant to be used this way. You will mess up the gel. Use while resting and elevating.

Q: does it ice the arch of the foot? I have a torn post Tibular tendodn

Yes, the ice gel is on the bottom of the wrap and would contact the arch of the foot.

Q: Will this fit a man's size 13 foot?

I wear a size 10... It is perfect.. A 13 size your foot would be out at toes... but I am only interested in my heel and ankle and it is perfect ... Would be perfect for you if that is what you want... I luv it..keep in freezer & use every nite for about 20 minutes..
