Q: Can this connector be used for 12 V automotive application?

I don't see why not. However, since you said Automotive, I would focus concern on the current you want to put through it. Considering LiPo batteries (3.7V) run upwards of 2500 mA[H], I'd say that's probably a wise limit. (I.E. Yes, but not for your starter)

Q: will this fit the arduino mkr1010 lipo socket?

Yes, it is suitable for Arduino mkr1010, MKR ZERO and MKR VIDOR 4000 lipo socket

Q: Will these work to replace motor end battery lead for an E-Flite Blade mSR micro-heli?

I don’t see why not. I got these to replace the battery and motor leads for my son’s 1/24 scale crawler and monster truck. They are based on Axial SCX24 vehicles.

Check the Colour Code Polarity if Using these with a Li-Po Battery.

Be careful with the polarity (colour ID) of these, the counterpart leads on Li-Po batteries have the opposite polarity to these. Otherwise, they are OK.

This doesn’t fit the e-flite 1S cells I have that appear to be what is in the picture.

Not fit for the purpose

I bought this item with the intention of repairing my kid's drone and small Lipo batteries. However, I've since realized that it is smaller in size than the one I already have, even though both are labeled as 2-pin connectors.
