Really nice & very good quality
The media could not be loaded. Very nice product nothing wrong with it. Comes with a separate picture with lyrics on the back. Shown in the photo there is a slip of paper to download a digital version of the album. Overall very nice and I will definitely be using this a lot!

Mitski cures my sad gay heart
The media could not be loaded. Oh, Mitski... The woman that you are. Oh Lord. I might sob... Perchance... Oh dear.PS: Be sort of cautious taking the CD out of its holder... The paper will get the disc stuck from time to time and it scratches it all up!! Beware!!

One of the best albums of 2016, without a doubt.
I'll keep the review short and sweet, since there are plenty of pro or near-pro reviews already here. This was my first introduction to Mitski as it will be for most listeners. I was drawn to the album after seeing it listed in the top albums of 2016, and I have to say, it's deserving of top 5.To start, the style is reminiscent of St. Vincent. If you like Annie Clark, you'll almost surely love Mitski. They have very similar voices and often drop with sarcasm and darkness, but Mitski perhaps has more vulnerability woven into her songs. They are beautiful and play on the identity crisis many twenty somethings face, thus the name, "Puberty 2." Many people go into their early 20's thinking they were a "full adult," but somewhere in there people start feeling inadequate again.Mitski plays upon this theme, trying to find a sense of being or confidence for that final transition to adulthood, and she does an amazing job of conveying it.I hate giving highlights for albums I enjoy as a collective experience, but there are some songs that stand incredibly well on their own.1) Your Best American Girl - Easily the single to lead the album, it has all the angst and hard hitting guitar crunch of the best early 90's rock anthems. The lyrics and wordplay are some of the best I've seen in a while; simultaneously being snarky and uncertain.2) Happy - Could have been a St. Vincent song. Creepy and fun, it's a perfect start for the album and sums up the theme well.3) I Bet on Losing Dogs - An important transition piece, almost heartbreaking to listen to. It's a piece about rooting for the underdog, even if it makes you a loser too. Incredibly empathetic and downbeat.Overall, I can't recommend the album enough. It's probably my most listened to album of the past year, and I expect it will continue to get play for some time to come.

Plastic sleeve arrived damaged
The media could not be loaded. First and foremost I love this!! The vinyl was carefully packaged, and came with a cute poster thing. However, the plastic sleeve arrived ripped down the side, and shipping took longer than expected. These factors don't matter too much to me, but having ordered from this company before I expected the best.Overall, I highly recommend!
