very good product fitted to bath taps with no leaks.

This product is unsafe poorly manufactured and the company use excuses so they don't have to pay you money back honestly I think they are scammers I've using these shower attachments for years followed the instructions yet am told from the seller in so many words I cant read or follow simple instructions and that its my fault for the poor quality product on why it exploded and rip off the tap that was barley turn to less than half pressure do not buy stay clear

Well made shower attachment that is a good length and fits snugly over my taps. I've deducted one star as an internal washer was missing where you screw the shower head into the shower hose. This caused water to leak out of the shower hose. Once I inserted a washer the problem was solved. Maybe they need to be better at their quality control but overall I'm pleased with my purchase.

The shower head is very good, its the hose pipe that its connected to. It massively leaks and not sure if its a loose screw or washer that connects the two componants together.Apart from this malfunction, it would be perfect. Can still use to wash my hair but have to make sure I am completely over the bath, so water not all over my bathroom floor.

Will not fit a 2cm/20mm tap fitting. The hole in the plastic attachment is only just 4mm and in no way is it possible to stretch to 20mm as is described in the product sizing details. Had the sizing description been accurate I would not have purchased it. I am now being asked to pay for the return postage as the item is not able to fit over the 15mm tap! The sizing details on this product need to be amended so you can make an informed purchase.
