A positive must read for anyone who thinks they might have ADHD.
Confirmed my thoughts that I have ADHD. Rather than being scared and ashamed now, this book has taught me about all the positives of having ADHD (there are many). So many helpful tips / signposting or where to seek help for the challenging traits.Valuable education about the types of medication and what they could potentially do.Easy to read (although I did go into hyperfocus mode when reading this which helped!).ADHD may not be as scary as you think :)(Another helpful place to turn to is YouTube. A channel called, How To ADHD. Short and engaging videos, perfect for people with Attention Deficit, made by soneone with ADHD.)

Really useful.
A really useful book which has helped me in my line of work. A lot of the content isn't rocket science but it just is such a good, comforting and reassuring book. Highly recommended.

Repetitive
First half of the book just seems to keep saying the same things in different ways. Could have been summed up in a few pages. Not read to the end as was really hard going and didn't feel like it was getting anywhere
