My first cordless vacuum
Does a great job on medium strength picks up to the edge of hard floors and carpets? I have two small dogs and it does a great job with their hairs

Actually hoovers up Jack Russell hair!
It’s early days yet as I’ve only used it once, but it got up nearly all the residue of pet hair that my Shark Cordless Pet left behind (and I haven’t used the boost setting yet). The Shark was great when I had the previous model but as bits broke down I eventually was given the newest version of my old stick vac and it’s been useless ever since. I looked at reviews of varying stick vacs and decided to give the G Tech a try. Only time will tell, but I’m very impressed at present for first use. My house has three long haired people, a Jack Russell and a cat - so it has its work cut out for it.

Good but flawed
Bought this to replace a Dyson that had given up the ghost. First off it does the job and fully charged is much better and lasts longer than the Dyson , however it is heavier and the suction power doesn't seem as strong , also there is an annoying design fault that means that the dust/ pet hair etc seems to back up easily and block the pipe leading to the bag. This is rectified by running on full power and running back and forth on the floor for a couple of seconds , but it is annoying and shouldn't happen imo. Also you have to purchase the wall bracket separately ( it comes included with the Dyson ) minor gripe but a gripe none the less.In conclusion a good but flawed device.

Good battery lfe. Effective suction
Replace a Dyson, which was overpriced and the battery last only a few months. GTech much better. although a little bulky. Difficult to disconnect the pipe and fit a different head and very stiff. But overall very pleased.

Impressive, Quality bit of Kit
After 6 yrs of previous model Cordless K9 it was time to upgrade and So far we are not disappointed there’s definitely more power it’s just as easy to use along with the quality we are used to , We have a small cottage and have two dogs so there’s not many days where the Gtec doesn’t get used , The only down side is it uses bags but I’m sure this is why it has more power , I spent a good week researching what else was available and can honestly say I’m pleased we stuck with the Gtec K9 again

Despite checking and reading all pull down lists on ad before purchase, amazon customer service tell me I was buying a used/faulty hoover. Do not buy from here, unfortunately I was taken directly to this page from gtech site when I chose to pay through Amazon!! I could have lived withsom minor cosmetic damage however a faulty battery!!!

Good be really good
Well the idea is superb love the fact that it is bagged no awful dust cloud when emptying which is great for me as I have asthma. Performance inadequate for a home with a pet, average suction not a patch on my Miele corded cylinder, it just doesn’t lift the carpet pile. Poor tools, pathetic dusting brush, flimsy crevice tool the hair remover tool is really useful as the cleaner stops working with a tiny amount of hair on the brush bar but worst of all you need to be a power weight lifter to separate the tubes of the cleaner when trying to use as a handheld, my husband a stonemason of 30 years has to be on hand to help when I use it he’s really strong but still has to wrestle with it to separate the tubes the average female owner is not going to be able to use this cleaner in handheld mode without help. The battery lasts well and is easy to remove to charge, the concept is great for allergy sufferers and the elderly or disabled as it so light and manoeuvres well. So come on GTech sort this cleaner out improve the suction and for goodness sake do something to make it easy to part the tube connections it’s just not fit for purpose as it stands it’s a shame as it could be a great cleaner.

So far a really good little vacuum cleaner
Really good little vac. We bought an extra battery which was about £70 😭…you will need 2 batteries, but it’s worth it as the thing is a pleasure to use and is more practical than our old corded Dyson. Our house is mainly wooden floors , low pile rugs with only the stairway carpeted, the cleaner has worked a treat for us.
