How wide does the sensor pick up? Does it cover a full 180 degrees to activate whenever someone is walking down a hallway?

I can't prove 180 because you would have to walk in the wall where it hangs but probably about 160 degrees when you slink along the edge of the wall, the light will go on.

This motion sensing light only works in a dark/dimly lit room and stays on for a couple of minutes then shuts itself off until motion is sensed again.

Unfortunately, the brushed nickel is real plastic. Not metal. Fortunately the plug is metal ;)
