The Red Suricata collapsible 50 can cooler is not an exact box as it is slightly wider at the top than at the bottom. The top is 16" by 12" and the bottom is 14" by 12". The cooler is 13" tall. The approx. volume of the cooler is 30L or 8 gallons and it can take about 50 standard US cans.

Is the shoulder strap included as shown in pictures? I ordered one and it didn't come with one.

The first time I extended the cooler the left and right sides made a loud crunching and cracking sound and then went loose. Is that normal?
