Stunning purchase.
I was absolutely blown away by this. It’s stunning...from the box itself to the postcards and the drawings.Bought to use for Journalling am not disappointed. Do not hesitate to buy this.

Flimsy, bendable cards. I regret my buy.
The cards are very flimsy because they are printed on very thin paper. Hence they are bendable -even inside the box (in which they were not even correctly put, see picture). The illustrations look fine, but the cards overall look very cheap. We're not used to this very poor quality of paper in the UK, nor this slightly smaller size of postcard.

Beautiful bird postcards
This package contains 100 postcards. All cards are very beautiful, it's a pleasure to send a card like this! I like this very much!

A Crushing Disappointment
Flimsy, Flimsy, Flimsy. Oh - did I mention these “postcards” are flimsy? Well, they are.The artwork is lovely, don’t get me wrong, but if you’re looking for postcards to fill out and actually send in the post, look elsewhere. I REALLY should have paid attention to those other reviewers, and so should you! These pieces of heavy paper are ½ the weight of postable postcards, as evidenced by the fact taht the stack only fills 1/2 the box. They’ll never survive the rigours of modern-day postal sorting equipment, never mind being jammed into a sack with 100s of other pieces of mail, in one uncrumpled piece. And if I wanted to stick a postcard into an envelope, I’d simply have purchased cards with envelopes - it’s not like they’re hard to find. Also problematic, although the cards provide the latin name & a brief blurb on each bird’s preferred habitat, there’s zero information regarding range or migration, which is a huge lapse, considering they’re supposed to be “backyard” birds. After all, it might be nice to know exactly whose backyard is being referred to. All I have to do to see a Northern Flicker is look out my window, but I’ll bet the average Floridian isn’t watching them of a Sunday.Unfortunately, these will cost me almost as much to send back to Amazon as they did to purchase, so I guess I’ll keep them and use them to leave notes on people’s windshields, or give them to people to use as bookmarks, or cut ‘em up to use as gift tags - I don’t know. All I do know is, I can’t mail them as they are.If you want 100 very nice light-weight, unpostable postcards, and/or 200 nicely-drawn pictures of various North American birds to collage or hang on your wall, or even to distribute by hand - by all means, make this purchase. So many potential uses, but posting ‘em ain’t one!
