Fuego F24C Professional Propane Gas Grill

I’m only a couple weeks in, but so far, I am really impressed with this grill. I had a Weber Q grill in the past - I had high hopes from the Weber, but it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. I had a couple issues with the Weber:1. The cooking surface wasn’t as high quality as I expected - and it got rusty over time. I ended up replacing the surface twice during the life of the grill.2. The heat elements got covered in grease, drippings, and ultimately rust, which made the grill heat unevenly over time.3. It was a little awkward to move.The Fuego has solved all of those problems.The cooking surface is very high quality. Time will tell, but the grill surface is a heavy, single piece, thick and solid unit.The burners have drip covers, which keeps the drippings from covering the flame holes.The wheels on this grill are excellent and it is easy to move. The Weber wheels are a little larger, but they are on one side, so you have to pick up and roll from one side of the grill. I move my grill on a bluestone patio, so the Fuego wheels are great for me.Beyond these points, it is a very nice looking grill. The contains the propane tank nicely and solidly, and it was very straightforward to put together.

Have used many types of propane and charcoal grills. Bought this one to avoid long indoor cooking times. So far, it has exceeded my expectations. First, it has a very small footprint for its grilling surface. Second, it heats as quickly as advertised and my temps top out at about 600 degrees. Third, the circular burners provide very even heat. Fourth, the pizza and griddle accessories are great. With the pizza stone and peel, it produces really good pizzas. The griddle is also great. I am planning to try some smash burgers on it. Only downside so far, I didn’t like the accessory side shelf. Not big enough to be really useful and interferes with access to the propane tank. Pretty easy to put together. Took me about 1 1/2 but I was really taking my time. No special tools needed. I put it together alone, but a second set of hands would make a couple of the steps easier.

Purchased for Father's Day 2021, we are very pleased with the Fuego F24C Professional Propane Gas Grill. It heats up very quickly, so quickly that you should have your food ready to go on the grill as soon as it is lighted. The design is outstanding, it takes up very little space, is very easy to move on its heavy-duty castors, and the offset lid is ingenious - you won't burn yourself reaching over the grill. Vastly superior to charcoal in that the heat is even and consistent. We miss the charcoal flavor, but not the wait for it to come to temperature or the mess it leaves behind. We purchased the griddle also so we can make pancakes by the pool! Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed!

Out of the box I was disappointed to find that the the surface under and around the control knob is blotched in a darker color than the rest of the surface. I love the design and I have witnessed that this is an outstanding grill. I am only commenting about the cosmetic issue and as usual "Made in China". For the price I paid for this item I expect cosmetic perfection. Update: Fuego's excellent customer service contacted me, offered replacement or free accessory. Ignitor does not work. Followed YouTube ignitor troubleshooting video to no avail. Reported problem on Fuego Living website.

UPDATE: THE NEXT DAY THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT CONTACTED MY WIFE AND TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF US. THEY WALKED US THRU THE NEW PART INSTALLATION AND WORKED WITH US TO GET THE GRILL UP AND RUNNING. BOTTOM LINE: THIS GRILL IS GREAT! IT GETS TO 500 DEGREES IN UNDER 5 MINUTES (INFRARED TEMP GUN ON GRATE) AND WORKS PERFECTLY. I'VE GRILLED ON IT A FEW TIMES AND LOVE IT!I took the leap and didn't buy a Weber grill and instead bought a Fuego 24c. Read the good reviews. Boy way I fooled. Received the grill in a timely fashion and was excited when it arrived. Several of the holes DO NOT line up and won't accept the screws. On top of poorly designed parts, when I try to contact their customer support to touble shoot, they are not answering their phones. THIS IS DURING THEIR BUSINESS HOURS! 9-5PM Pacific!! Do yourself a favor and just go with a tried/true/reputable manufacture of grills. I REGRET NOT GETTING A WEBER!!!!! F-
